      new local management in Greece. they disrespect employees Management informs in a personal communication that if you don't like something, then leave the company, job market is open(several cases)

      Low pay and Indecisive Management

      Pros

      - Good office location but soon to be changed - Good culture as in lot of parties - Good food sometimes - Latest tech stack

      Cons

      - Low pay (They do a lot of disparity in pay based on college, so anyone new trying to join negotiate as much as possible) - Indecisive management - Very low increments (just 6-8%) - Food quality degrading day by day
