      Interesting topics, international exposure, good managers

      Pros

      Exposure to large-scale architectures, mature operations, friendly teams. Osmosis with other hubs, many horizontal guilds. Teams are well organized, work with modern equipment and technologies, many AI-related projects and initiatives. Competent managers. Nice offices. Relatively relaxed atmosphere and working conditions. WfH.

      Cons

      Structures above team levels are undefined; plenty of bureaucracy which applies to various degrees. This is the 3rd reorg in 2 years. There's been talk of lay-offs.
