      Amazing workplace with decent compensation

      Chill atmosphere. Lively workplace. Amazing food. Latest and greatest tech stack.

      Cons

      Average salary. Unmotivated colleagues to go beyond what is expected (due to compensation ig). Some seniors gatekeep information to maintain their dependency in the org. Some efforts go unrecognized.
