Pros

International company name might look good on a CV.

Cons

- As a senior DevOps engineer, I am paid only €1400 per month – far below market standards. - Management prioritizes cost-cutting over quality, hiring inexperienced students for critical roles at minimum pay. - Unrealistic workload: you're expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously with no additional compensation. - Labor contracts are intentionally vague and not in your favor – critical terms are often verbal and then ignored. - Most projects in Greece require working with teams based in India, and this collaboration is extremely challenging. Their work culture, priorities, and processes are radically different, often leading to miscommunication, delays, and poor-quality deliverables. They approach tasks in a way that is completely misaligned with expectations, creating constant frustration and inefficiency.
