- friendly coworkers - innovative tools - interesting projects - good relationships in Brno and Slovakia, teambuilding, cooperation

Cons

- lack of seniority in the team - lack of communication from management - no transparency about allocations, changes in projects settings, favouritism - if you are German, they like you better automatically - management only cares about money, not the people - poor onboarding
