      - good learning curve (latest tech) - wifi/ phone bills reimbursement - onsite travel opportunities to Europe - udemy business / coursera - breakfast, lunch, evening snack, fruit basket.

      - internal team politics. - work life balance (varies on team to team)

      A lot of free learning material available

      Cons

      Just before Christmas 2024 they decide to remove all our managers. Last year same period they fired over 1000 people in Germany, leaving my team without enough people to do the work. 0 Salary increase per year not even to cover part of inflation. Opportunities for growth are mainly for women as they hire and promote only them. We don't know which is going to be our next project
