      1. get to work on latest technologies This is the only perk that i've come to know so far in my Journey of 1 year.

      Cons

      1. You've to work 27x7. Work till late nights, early morning, on weekends and on holidays too. 2. No work life balance. 3. Higher management think about themselves only. 4. No Appreciation for all the hard work you do. 5. No regular met ups with lead, managers. 6. No planning of tasks. 7. No personal life.

      >.Great office >Great food >Nice perks to keep you happy >They give one of the best annual parties

      Cons

      >Too much management and fewer people to work >BA and architect changing very frequently so most of the business approval is pending >German counterparts still have the mentality of a service-based and waterfall way of working >Least involvement of PO and architects >If you make new architectural improvements you would meet with resistance cause some people(especially senior developers in Germany) wouldn't do the extra work of learning
