      Pros

      - Amazing work/life balance - Great culture (based on my current team) - Tons of learning opportunities - People are easy to talk to and collaborative

      Cons

      - Slow climb up the ladder, must complete something that is basically a checklist to be promoted - Team/department culture can vary (some good, some bad) - To move up, you have to reapply and go through the interview process
