      Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      Great benefits and low stress environment. Tons of PTO with an incredible 401k match. Every form of insurance you could imagine down to pet insurance and all extremely good plans. Very friendly atmosphere and nice place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes parking can be a headache if you get to the office late in the Riverwoods office. Also if you go to a more cut throat and toxic work environment company then you could probably make significantly more money but they still pay quite well and above the average.

      - Lots of learning opportunities (mentorship, classes, etc) - Work/life balance and PTO - Leadership support - Great culture: e.g. supportive teammates, lunch n' learns, no micro-managing, transparency, etc

      Cons

      As a financial services company, there's a lot of processes to things: approvals, deployments, indecisiveness on platforms etc.
