Pros

The Benefits are good, and the pay is alright.

Cons

I've worked for Discover for around 6 years. In the first 2-3 years, I rapidly moved up the ranks. My numbers were great, and I had a straight shot at a leadership position. However, due to work politics and incompetent leadership, they began promoting new agents (around 2 years of experience) into leadership roles, seemingly to fit a quota. Just know that after you reach around 4 years of experience, you will get left behind as leadership is constantly shifting.
