Pros

Discover as a company really cares about their employees and it shows; great benefits that start on Day 1, supportive coaches and team leaders, and thorough training by people who are knowledgable and friendly. Their goal is to develop and promote employees, there is a lot of room for growth if you want it. They are also very organized when it comes to managing employees who are working remotely, including the shipping of equipment and IT support.

Cons

Not many. Maybe the "normal" job stress stuff, but you can't get really away from that.
