Pros

Management was great just the job itself wasn’t enjoyable.

Cons

The back to back calls were tedious with rude customers screaming at you. The calls were 2-3 seconds apart.

Pros

Benefits, 401K, Vacation, etc. Enjoyed my co-workers and most of management. Free stuff/goodie bags frequently.

Cons

Seems that the free stuff/culture was to make up for the toxicity that could breed in the entry-level environment. While many managers were great, I had many that were not and were ultimately the reason why I left, as well as better paying opportunities at a competitor.
