Pros

I think this company does give a good amount of PTO and access to The Hartford for medical emergencies. they handle illness well with a team of support and ample time off to recover. They do try to impliment a good team enviroment

Cons

They are a large company so unless you make a lot of noise you will not be noticed. Their trainers and team leads are hit or miss and many do not have the knowledge, the skills or the time to really help when you get into a tight spot with a customer

Pros

Good benefits such as PTO, insurance, etc. Majority of the leaders there truly care about employees and well-being. It’s a stable job and if you’re an average worker your mobility is above average.

Cons

The Card Ops Executives are a nightmare and the good ones are leaving. No top down vision and no accountability people follow direction when one is given. If people don’t feel like doing something, they don’t have to. It’s absolutely exhausting to work here and talent is all tapped out.
