      Pros

      Great people and culture. Everyone I've worked with wants to do a good job for the company and the customer. Very thoughtful environment. Had a good run there.

      Cons

      Given the "lot of cooks in the kitchen" mentality, sometimes takes longer than necessary to get a project completed.
