Pros

plenty of benefits excellent management on all ends, everyone there is friendly and open which makes an amazing work experience

Cons

work/life management could use a little improving discover definately understands when things happen however whenever life happens and you have to miss a few days of work you may get put on disciplinary which could lead to termination which kinda sucks since if something else happens you are at risk of losing your job no matter the circumstance

Pros

Great work/life balance. Benefits are fantastic, where else can you get 4 weeks of PTO starting and add 1 week every 5 years?

Cons

West Valley City is a call center. Expect to be on the phones, as a coach or team leader most of your career here unless you move to Chicago and land a HQ position.
