      Pros

      Great culture. Employee friendly. Committed to the community. Focussed on its initiatives but not very aggressive on its execution. Great place to work.

      Cons

      A little conservative organization and focusses only on couple of strategic initiatives at a time. Focusses on doing things it does the right and best possible way.

      Pros

      I'm in my last week of training at Discover and I love it! 8 weeks of training is a little much, but my trainer is great! Do your work and you will be just fine. Fun atmosphere. Discover does a lot for its employees.

      Cons

      So far I have none. If you want to say 8 weeks of training is a con then I can see that, but I am more than ready to complete the job after training.
