Pros

Great benefits, work from home options, very good pay, bonus. Good work life balance, very diverse, good culture, informal dress code

Cons

Very regulated as it is financial industry. Located in a place that is full of traffic, so most people have to deal with lot of commute time.

Pros

Great benefits, competitive pay, lots of opportunities if you work hard and you're good at managing projects. Can work from River North a few days a week if approved (generally not a problem at all).

Cons

Open environment is distracting. Sometimes confusing navigating the organizational web. Not a great commute from the city. I need 20 words.
