Pros

Great Place to work with great benefits. Work life balance is well respected and supported unless you happen to be part of a very high profile project which does happen once in a while. Then also there are compensatory mechanisms with the management

Cons

In order to grow you have to be very aggressive apart from doing your job well.

Pros

The company is forward thinking, progressive, with many opportunities at headquarters in Chicago. The people, for the most part, are supportive and friendly.

Cons

As much as companies try to hire the best not all managers are as supportive as they could be. While it is highly regulated for customer facing agents not every aspect of the business is as scrutinized for perfection.
