      Management is fantastic and is always there to back you. I love the exciting work environment, always something going on at work.

      Pros

      Discover has a great company culture with friendly employees who are all invested in the professional development of the interns. The pay is great, especially considering Discover covers housing for the entire summer, putting interns in a Residence Inn. At the hotel breakfast is provided each day. Additionally, it is walking distance to the train station, allowing interns to easily access downtown Chicago

      Cons

      A little ways outside the city in a suburban area, so not ideal if you're looking to be in a bustling downtown environment
