Pros

Great place to work. They care about their employees. Discover provides a good work live balance.

Cons

Very conservative and tries to be cool like Google, but has a long way to go.

Pros

They seem to truly value you as an employee. They have motivational events, food, and breaks from work to play games. They have excellent benefits and really promote from within,

Cons

The break times still don't seem long enough. You have to rush back and be sitting a lot but there is a lot of training and motivation.

Pros

Discover has great benefits, knows the value of good leadership, and works hard to change what needs to be changed.

Cons

No matter how many benefits, bonuses, prizes or food is thrown your way, you still have a job on the phone seven hours a day. Working on the phone is very unpredicable.
