Upward mobility, culture, too many days of pto, on site fitness center, free personal trainers, 6% match with 401k, 90% tuition reimbursement, Discover swag, prizes and contests... I could go on...

Pros

New construction will make the place look nice and the location is convenient for people living in north Phx as there aren't many other big banks around that side of town.

Cons

The pay is ridiculous compared to industry standard, the environment is unprofessional. They have got the JD Power & Associates award for employee satisfaction but I dont know how because I havent spoke to a single employee that is happy and loyal. Most are actively looking for other jobs or would gladly leave if another opportunity presented itself.

You might think phones aren't for you but I was surprised how well they train you. It can get busy
