Pros

only positive is good amount of time off

Cons

Low salary. Bad management who is not willing to make improvements. When I made several suggestions to improve the business, I was shot down by management saying this is the way we always done it. Corporate technology is suck in the 80's, unwilling to upgrade to the latest technology. Management promotes people, who are severely inexperienced, once they are in the new positions, they make many bad decisions.

Pros

The people are fantastic and really care about you. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement and growth. The company treats their employees very well.

Cons

There really are not many cons about Discover. Just as in any other big company, it is sometimes difficult to take time off.
