Interesting Work; Low Morale

Business Outlook

Pros

Good collaboration below Director level. Great benefits. Interesting work helps keep employees engaged. Flexible schedules, telecommuting and multiple office locations are offered to employees in some departments.

Cons

Poor training and team integration for new hires: sink or swim mentality. Outdated, non-integrated technology. Pay structure lower than industry standard. Redundant compliance structures cause friction among senior leaders and inconsistent goals across departments. Employee morale suffers as a result of confusion created by inconsistent messaging.
