Pros

Lots of opportunity if you figure out the system. There are a lot of inefficient people and backwards systems in place and you'll be very valuable if you can find ways to replace them, the trick is just getting management to pay attention.

Cons

Political atmosphere, slowness to accept change, uncompetitive salary for technical jobs, deceptive pay grade system

Makes it easy for customers, but not employees

Pros

decent starting wages, good paid time off allowance, casual enviornment

Cons

Training is 8 weeks long, which is fine. However they allow the trainers to take paid vacations right in the middle of training so you have multiple trainers picking up where the other left off. All trainers are great, however they all have different styles. Sometimes there are unrealistic expectations. Several broken promises as well as far as prizes and incentive go. Also very hard to get a decent raise.
