Pros

Great experience and community of people to work with. The family environment is apparent throughout the company.

Cons

It's the corporate world - it's tough!

Pros

Great benefits, excellent on-site fitness center, strong executive management, a lot of opportunity to move around company and learn new things. For the most part, a strong work/life balance company.

Cons

Most can only go so far. If you have previous work experience and move to Discover, there is limited mobility. Your previous experience will mean very little. Preference in every way is given to those that are put in the leadership programs out of college. The college kids will move right by you in a heartbeat, even though they have little experience.

Pros

There is no requirement to dress up. I could wear jeans all week with a tshirt and I was fine. There is always potlucks

Cons

The pay sucked, they did not want to give any raises or incentives. That is the main reason I left the company and also because there were not any growth opportunities.
