Pros

Benefits, development and on site amenities. Growth potential. Education reimbursement. Many different lines of business to move into and learn about

Cons

Can get burnt out on the phones. Sometimes the shift isn't ideal and the pay can be better at competitors

Pros

Good insurance, pretty campus, some very nice people work line jobs but the turnover is very high

Cons

management is horrid, no opportunities for advancement unless you have just barely completed your bachelors degree, They will ask you to do things that are illegal in the hopes they will not get caught - working there will always create ethical dilemmas for you.
