Pros

just moved to casual work environment, bonuses, PTO amounts, cafe, gym, summer hours

Cons

different business units have different policies on w@h. Still takes forever to get things done. You'll hit an income slowdown, and upward mobility slow down at some point. Offer jobs to internal employees and their current manager counters with promo and more money (what?).

Pretty okay

Pros

Great culture and company values. Lateral moves are encouraged by upper management.

Cons

IT departments are very silo'd. Not very easy to get things done in IT. Communication is not always completely clear. It seems as if senior management is good at communicating visions and priorities, but it gets losts within middle managment and doesn't trickle down to the employee level best.
