Pros

Great set of people to work with. Company really promotes and emphasizes doing the right thing. Its one of those companies that you can be proud of working for and you really feel like your work is contributing to something important.

Cons

Salary, company tends to underpay relative to competitors. Even with Sr. Management speaking out on behalf of promoting from withing there tends to be infrequent legitimate opportunities for career growth for high performers.

Pros

Positive, friendly work environment. Good incentives.

Cons

High school drama, gossip, brown nosing required to advance anywhere. A "put up and shut up" attitude.

Pros

- Great benefits - Competitive Salary - Strong Values Company has very good people that work for it and overall the work can be very rewarding.

Cons

Satisfaction in your job entirely depends on your manager, which can be bad if they are not good at they're job and don't exemplify the values of the company.
