Employee recognition flows like a waterfall Incentive for high scored call listenings Management are all a great fit and all love their job Completely customer focused Daily operating system is extremely easy to use Cafeteria has many options Great place to build a career Company-wide paid lunches and events during work hours

Cons

Incentives for sales are next to nothing, even though the company reported record profits last year. Raises are weak and few and far between.
