Pros

The DMS program is working to change the way that Discover works. A lot of opportunities to be your own boss when it comes to setting up a change management program that will work well for your assigned division. Very trusting leadership allows for the chance to run with your ambitions.

Cons

It is not clear what my professional future will look like after DMS is fully installed and sustainable. Better education around how to advance within the company.

Cons

I hate to say any bad words as I really love working at Discover. I love my managers and my co-workers. However, I have to give it 1 star because of the terrible HR and Lawyers who are working on immigration work. Very likely, you will waste 1-2 years and your case will go back and forth due to their messy and irresponsible work. And HR's attitude has made employees feel the company doesn't care immigrant employees at all. The lawyers are not helpful and professional. They won't give you any useful information and the whole process is not transparent at all. And most of time, the case workers are very unprofessional and will keep making mistakes, which will possibly waste your months' waiting time. The HR is irresponsible and irresponsive. There is no HR team working on immigration as full-time. The HR actually know very few about immigration process. However many messages you send to them, they will never reply you. It it even not uncommon that HR will go back on their promises easily. You can have no trust on them. Recently, more than hundreds of employees' green card cases have been negatively impacted by HR's messy work. And about 2 months passed, they haven't given employees any update and explanations, let alone the solutions.
