20 Days off to start per Year Flexible Schedules Work Hard = Promoted to Different Levels of Collections or Management ... BONUS MONEY!!! OVERTIME HOLIDAY PAY

Its Collections... So you be prepared to have people yell at you over the phone... Its BORING>>> AT TIMES>>>

Campus is nice; Has a on-site gym, though you need to pay a pretty high price for it.

Cons

Senior leadership lacks vision; dirty political environment; Compensation and benefits are worse than the industry average; Not a good place to work or learning important skills.
