Pros

The people are great and some of the best people I have worked with. The environment is very relaxed due to the non business dress code.

Cons

Some of the management people are very lazy and not all on the same page with reviewing calls. Also was told advancement happens with in 6 months, that was not the case all next level position offered after 6 months went to people who had been there longer and then the company hired people from outside the company for the next class.

Pros

Good benefits. Nice people to work with for the most part. Type of work isn't crazy. Right situation can lead to a great career.

Cons

Passive aggressive managers. Everything is fine and dandy till review time. Suddenly, this was wrong (including stuff that was actually right), that was wrong, could have done this. No real time feedback. Watch out for the office politics. Mentality of get things done versus get them done right.
