Pros

-Management that listens -Upper Management is very approachable -Fun Environment -25 Days of PTO starting day one -Company keeps growing and expanding products with good success.

Cons

Not to many, there are some pain in the rear bureaucracy processes but, that is with any company. Some of the the teams in Business Technology need to get along a little better, or at least communicate a little better.

Earn incentive, Variety of shifts, friendly, High spirited, Great benefits health insurance and 401k

Cons

Not enough money for people with grown up bills, Hard to move up if you dont become a managers pet!! Job promotions are on favortisim and not on hard work and dedication... Getting the maximum incentive is near to impossible to get.

no manual labor, paid time off, and the 401k is a lot better than most companies

Cons

lowest paying in the industry and expect to have the best customer service. What a joke!
