      The company is consistently looking for ways to expand their business, diversify their portfolio, promote from within, recruit top employees, and increase diversity in the workplace. One of the top 100 companies to work for within the Chicago area.

      Cons

      The company has a very lean workforce which helps it remain profitable but also creates a high volume workload for existing employees and therefore greater challenges to maintain work/life balance.
