      Some flexibility, average pay etc.

      Cons

      Very toxic workplace. There's no action taken against rude employees and people get away with not responding to calls/messages. Workplace is highly dysfunctional and they operate like a company that's in the 1980s. Outdated, archaic, and toxic.
