I loved the benefits package it started from day 1 and the policy they had in place was amazing. It was fully remote and that really worked for my situation at the time. the trainers were really great they made themselves available even after the training period was over everyone was always so willing to help especially with cases

Cons

The micromanagement was not my favorite. They screen monitored you and sometimes just stepping away to the bathroom was an issue. Their attendance policy was confusing and I know a few people that got fired because they didn't explain it clearly. Not alot of room for growth in that specific position
