Diversity. Great Customer Service department leadership

Cons

Collections was awful. Promised that if we just gave it a try and didn’t like it we could get sent back so Customer Service. That didn’t happen and collections kept us, stats were unachievable. They fired ALL of us on a single team. If you work there do not EVER leave customer service!

Great benefits, a great place to start a career or get back into the workforce, and a positive culture, they try to do things to engage remote employees and offer a nice amount of paid time off. I have enjoyed every leader and team coach that I have worked with to date. Everyone so far has been very positive, friendly, and helpful in giving feedback to achieve success in each position.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive and career development is not a strength at Discover. It is very difficult to get feedback and coaching that helps you grow into future positions. I have received excellent reviews and consistent great feedback from every leader and coach, but none have even helped direct me toward my next position.
