Pros

Some good team leads Was on the phones and it was great, yes there were many call types in front office but you guys used to it and after 3-5 months you’ll become a pro and eventually move to either WEB or Acquisition, from there you can join a speciality team or another department. Benefits are good, upfront 160 hrs of pro Health benefits from day one 401k and ESPP options

Cons

Some bad team leads HR team is kinda pointless, I’ll ask them HR related questions regarding weekend pay or workday settings and they’re clueless. They’re getting bought out by CAPone so job security is scary right now They’re very flaky with volunteer time off now, used to have that option but now super super strict and even disabling it for many teams

Pros

They provide a good amount of PTO.

Cons

Horrible culture. Everyone is out for themselves, will cut anyone else down given any opportunity. Extreme DE&I push has put many people in positions they're not qualified for.
