Pros

The benefits are fantastic. 160 hours PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays, huge bereavement policy, individual groups you can be apart of, a lot of volunteering opportunities.

Cons

Training is a downside when moving job roles. Typically completed by a team lead and coach, without experience in training, which can make learning subpar for some. Departments are broken up into teams and teams end up having cliches, it’s adults acting like high school students. Department goals can be over the top, 40 cases worked per day, 5cases worked per hour, except you are working a 8 hours a day, 30 mins is breaks, meetings can be anywhere from 30 min to and hour, adding coaching sessions some days you’re working on cases 7.5 hours, some days 6.5. If you need assistance, teams is crickets when asking for assistance.

Pros

PTO is decent, and most of the people are nice

Cons

There is a director in modeling team who loves having late evening meetings in WeChat, her directs were always have to be on call in WeChat. She will use WeChat to control you and ruin your personal life.
