      Pros

      Great work like balance. Amazing relocation package. Good salary range as per Chicago area. Decent growth rate.

      Cons

      HR is slow and inefficient. Management is not the best. Work is not very challenging (based on individual teams). Need to relocate to Chicago.

      Decent pay & benefits. Good tech stack to get exposure.

      Cons

      There is no team work within the bank. Every department is waiting for chance to block the work of other teams. Teams are never willing to share data to others for any sort of analytics or reporting projects. If a team requests for data, they will be made to run behind others like beggars.
