Good pay, decent benefits, amazing hours

Cons

You can't just get a supervisor to help you, the customer has to specifically ask for a supervisor and even then, you're having these customers on hold for a while because you have to wait for your supervisor to be ready and the majority of the time, they will deny helping you. You cannot just call anyone to help, you are in a chat room of people and waiting for help, therefore, the customer is impatient and waiting long periods of time. The staff are rude and the higher ups are even more rude.

Pros

- Good benefits among peers in financial industry. - Shift to new technologies and hence good opportunities to learn.

Cons

- Management heavy, not a great place for individual contributors. Your inputs might most probably will be shot down. - Political environment, - Though new technologies, very slow adoption and lots of incompetent hires for the roles. - Internal opportunities are there on paper but rarely go to internal employee. - DEI though advertised heavily, is just a hog wash. No actions are taken when bias is reported. Seems like they don’t know how to go about it. - If you stuck with a bad leader which is a very high probability, better leave.

No growth or development opportunities. Challenging communication channels, difficult to navigate process or procedures.
