Good benefits, 4 weeks of PTO, I've had several different managers/teams over the time I've been here and most have been good experiences. I like the culture and generally feel supported.

Cons

Things have been not great throughout this Capital One merger and it has me considering leaving. The communication has been poor and my role (which I really like) has been eliminated. We haven't really had layoffs yet, but there isn't good communication around next steps for us and it has us all worried.
