Pros

- Benefits (401k, health/vision/dental insurance, life insurance, pet insurance, etc) - Scheduling - Pay

Cons

- Company seemed to care more about you being on phones than your mental health. I was struggling with getting on the phones and they said I can spend 15/20 min talking to a counselor, but after I needed to be back on phones. Why would I get back on if that is the problem I'm having? Cared more about being on the phone than making sure I was okay and helping me get over my fear.
