      Open but deceptive culture

      Pros

      Most folks are kind, and the culture is open with a focus on customer service.

      Cons

      The "nice people" culture is deceptive as leaders will double cross you if it serves their purpose. Operationally run very sloppy. No focus on details or excellence. People are not held accountable. Lack of strategy and innovation.
