Pros
Great pay, benifits, and bonuses! Raises often! Clean environment, nice break rooms with inside smoking areas and gated parking lot.
Cons
Management lies when being hired, saying you'll work 8 hours per day and someday 10 hour but rarely....MORE LIKE 12 HOURS DAILY! Always unstaffed. Production is almost impossible to meet and you do get written up for it. They said the engineer has not came to set up the correct times for production, so how can someone be penalized for that. Rude management. They never make up their minds.
