Lack of respect by corporate to on site managers, They threaten you with dismissal if numbers are not met, overworked, for the managers and the staff in which your very limited on having. They have become very greedy, staying open later opening earlier on Holidays which in turn takes away from your family time.forgotten what real customer service is all about.

Not enough payroll hours, upper management such as the DM AND RM are constantly cutting budget on the stores so they can pad their pockets. Anyone who has any idea would see this. Raises and bonus incentive to assistant managers. They work just as hard as the store manager or some may work harder. Micromanagement needs to stop!!! STOP MICRO-MANAGMENT.
