Pros

Working with public media is really cool and canvassing for stations the community loves is really easy.

Cons

Terrible training for new folks coming in. 100% corporate mentality its literally the p.i.r.g model ripped off. zero respect the safety of women or people of color. Zero chance of development or growth in this company youll get ground out for a few weeks or months until they “manage” you out. Worst turn over ive ever seen in a company even for management.
