Leadership cared and built a great culture. Lots going on knowing you are working with the best technology and innovation in the Observability Field. Leadership has changed over the last 2 years but Dynatrace is expanding

Cons

Focused mainly Enterprise Market. Would be nice to get into Core Mid-Market; win that space and build them up to Enterprise Accounts.

+ Amazing product + Incredibly smart coworkers + Flexibility + Very open to new ideas and starting new projects + Flat hierarchy...i.e. there is a hierarchy but everyone is so open that it doesn't feel like it.
