Good benefits but a very disorganized company

Cons

Org has had a lot of overturn in executive leadership and everything is very disorganized and roles and responsibilities are unclear and constantly changing, even in the middle of a review period. The goals set at the beginning of the year are not what leadership pushes for during the rest of the year
