      - great office - flexible working hours (start between 9-11) (min. 2 days in office) - work in CET time zone - really good atmosphere in work - benefits on site: kitchen (both equipment and food), play room, massage place, library and many more

      hard to find in first weeks

      - some long term employees who need a change - red tape is painful - bottlenecks due to not enough staff
